So there are new guidelines over at the kink meme. And seriously, hats off to the mods for trying to tackle a big issue.

the thing that gets me though, is that doesn't the poster (or posters) realise how much their spam posting affects people???

I don't read RPF, although I believe it was happening in that thread too, but there is this one bottom!Sam poster who just makes me want to rip out my hair. And for what? I cant' imagine they get many more fills, because it pisses people right off!

Speaking of prompts, I wish there were more bottom!dean prompts over on spn_masquerade. It's full of rpf (oh my god so full!) with a lot of bottom!sam. I have one I am going to try and fill which may not have any sex at all (but I do have a few things I need to write... my victor/dean is posted tomorrow, so really I should have written that.)

The last time I saw, someone posted a bottom!Jensen prompt, and then another posted exactly same prompt but bottom!Jared there, and mod said that's okay, two different prompts. LOL.
You know what, if there's a troublemaker, they can copy every single prompt, just change the characters. That will be a total mess.

Though I'm a wincest shipper, I will never post my wincest prompt on kinkmeme again. I'd rather post OMC/Dean or whatever.

I go to the kinkmeme for inspiration (although at the moment I have such a long list I need no inspiration! I just need to finish what I am writing!)

Honestly that's why I stopped going to the kinkmeme. It seemed like there were just pages and pages of bottom!Sam or bottom!Jared prompts. I don't know if it was just one person or if it was 2-3 people, but it was really frustrating to just see that kind of spam over and over again. Even if I did like bottom!Sam it wouldn't make me want to fill them, you know?

yeah. I felt the same. it wasn't that it was bottom sam, it as that it was a wall of it. I just... I don't understand the mentality. It was obviously putting people off and annoying them!
