ok, feeling better today.
And I finally finished reading through my kinky bang. I have decided it sucks, but it is finished. And on that rousing recommendation, anyone up for a beta? It's boyking!sam, dub con, bondage, mild blood play, powers sex, public sex, humiliation etc etc. It's about 12,500 words too. And there would be no rush on it...
In other news, the internet was down all day. I found that remarkably difficult to deal with! Of course, it meant that I got my kbb finally read through, and I also got a comic sketched up, so that was good.
I am thinking about getting a drawing tablet. I don't really have the money right now, so maybe as a you made it to 1 month work present for myself, but I think it would make drawing so much easier. my comic *is* called The Drawing Doesn't Matter for a reason (and I don't think it's been updated in over a year, but this is the year! This Is The Year) but I have been thinking about a drawing tablet on and off for ages. Guess I will look into it in the near future.
With my internet all out, it means I am behind on reading. (so much RPF. I am really torn about my decision to read everything. Because on the one hand, I have read a couple of things that were great stories, on the other hand, I really dislike it. And there is so much, it kinda filters out more than half the fics... such internal conflict! nah, I will still read all of them. I have definitely read some great things I wouldn't have otherwise)
And of course the dean/cas christmas fics are being released. so far, there is one that just had me laughing. It's been a great range too. oh! and some nice dragon Cas art! That is probably one of the nicest things about the challenges: I read/see things that I wouldn't see otherwise.
It's been hot today, the dogs have been cute, and I feel ready to get some writing done.

You are so, so lucky to have reading time! I am waaaaay behind on reading things, it's gotten to the point where I can't even click on anything unless it's less than 1K. firesign10's 3 sentence story meme was a lifesaver, just enough to give me a fix.
I think I read the one that had you laughing- the customer is always weird? But I missed the dragon!cas art. I'll have to look for that.

I was actually all ready to do some drawing for the KBBs but I needed some references... and well. it gets to this end of the day and I don't want to!
yeah - I am VERY lucky to have this time at the moment. Once I start work again, I will be back to being much more choosy with what I read... but for now I can be supportive of everyone!
no! the one I read was The Tiny Barbie Shoes of Doom. (http://archiveofourown.org/works/2906126) I groaned beacuse it's 13K, but man, it was hilarious, and delightful, and I recommend downloading it to put on your kindle for when you have a bit of time to read!
I will go back and try and find me some doc photos. they are charming today!
